In their support we have a team of a skilled and well-trained workforce, foreman to ensure efficient and timebound completion of the projects. Further, we are in possession of some of the modern construction machines and equipment that guarantee productivity and excellent quality of work. Our Industrial Training Center, an approved training, testing, and learning center, provides relevant technical training to the workforce before they are deployed on any project. They are also imparted with core life skills and QHSE training, which enable them to adapt easily to diverse work environments. This has helped us adopt the best of civil engineering practices and innovations for increased productivity, consistent quality, and timebound completion of projects. It is a matter of pride that our workforce has completed 600 and odd projects, clocking 3.3 million hours without LTI.
